The starting wage is $20 to $22 per hour, with increases based on experience, plus tips.

Responsibilities

Load and unload goods using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as dollies when necessary
Ensure all items are secured properly during transit to prevent damage
Assist customers with the moving process, providing friendly and professional service
Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate effectively with dispatch and clients
Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
Requirements

Proven experience in moving.
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
Excellent time management skills to meet delivery schedule
