We have a room available for short - term or long term starting from June 1st.

The room and apartment is fully furnished and newly renovated, all you need is to bring your clothier (literally).

Hydro and Wi-Fi is included in the rent as well.

The apartment has beautiful terrasse as well for the warm weather for hangouts and small parties.

The apartment is 5 mins walk from metro snowdown.

It's 5 mins walk to all the amenities like grocery store, bank, cafe, resto, bar etc etc.

We are young students or working professionals in our 20s.

We love to keep the house clean and organized and we socialize over drinks occasionally and cook meals sometimes together.
