Axon Engineering Inc. is a professional mechanical and electrical engineering firm based in Toronto. We're a small, established team looking for a reliable, organized person to join us part-time on a permanent basis to handle our bookkeeping and day-to-day office administration.

This is an in-office role — Toronto location.

What you'll be doing:

- Invoicing and accounts receivable in QuickBooks Online
- Monthly bank reconciliations and bookkeeping
- Payroll input coordination with our external accountant
- Managing correspondence, scheduling, and project tracking
- Formatting proposals and general office admin

What we're looking for:

- QuickBooks Online experience — this is a must
- 2 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or office admin
- Strong attention to detail and professional communication
- Comfortable working independently in a small office
- Experience in engineering, architecture, or professional services is a bonus
