• When 8-pin PCIe power is connected, host PC will not power on
• Without 8-pin connected, system boots normally but card gives no video output
• GPU core warms up when powered
• Fans do not spin

• Dual BIOS switch tested in both positions
• Same behavior on both BIOS settings
• No further board-level diagnostics attempted
