The Project
We are seeking a skilled, reliable, and energetic handyman/carpenter for a targeted residential renovation project. This is a contract position structured entirely on a scope-by-scope basis. We will agree on a flat price and timeline for each specific phase, with payment released immediately upon successful completion and inspection of that task.

Current Scopes Available:
Framing & Drywalling: Installing a secondary wall to conceal a plumbing run.
Soffit & Fascia: Repairing and securing exterior soffits and fascia.
Gutters: Installing seamless roof gutters around the house and garage perimeters.
Subfloor Repair: Levelling uneven areas and eliminating squeaks to prepare for finish flooring.
Staircase Restoration: Structurally repairing and reinforcing staircase stringers and supports.
Decks : Repair / Revamp / Replacement of decks in-kind
Concrete Work: Minor repair and restoration of concrete wall/slab sections.
Doors: Professional installation and hanging of interior and exterior doors.

Requirements:
Proven Experience: Strong, verifiable background in residential framing, structural repairs, and finish carpentry.
Efficiency & Quality: Ability to suggest cost-effective, efficient solutions while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
Independence: Must have your own reliable transportation and a complete set of professional tools.
Clear Communication: Ability to walk through a scope, provide an accurate quote/timeline, and stick to it.
