• Features: Our basement rooms offer great privacy away from the main floor traffic, tend to stay naturally cooler during the hot Toronto summers, and provide a quiet environment perfect for studying or relaxing after a long day.
The Locations: Our properties are incredibly central but still maintain a comfortable, residential feel right in the heart of downtown. We currently have units available in two fantastic neighbourhoods:

Grange Park Units:
• Right next door to Grange Park, the Art Gallery of Ontario (AGO), and OCAD University.
• Highly walkable to Queen Street West, Chinatown, and the University of Toronto (UofT).
• Only a few minutes walk to Osgoode subway station.

Kensington Market Units:
• Located directly in one of Toronto's most culturally unique and colourful neighbourhoods, famous for its pedestrian-friendly streets, eclectic cafes, vintage shops, and diverse international food markets.
• Steps away from Chinatown and the University of Toronto (UofT) campus.
• Extremely well-connected by transit, with immediate access to the Spadina, College, and Dundas TTC streetcar lines.

Move-in Dates: Highly flexible. We are accommodating move-ins from immediately up to September 1st.

Lease Terms: We are open to 1-year leases, standard academic year terms, or short-term summer sublets.
