Festival Grounds Crew — Event Setup / Teardown / Maintenance

Location: Hamilton, Burlington, and Toronto areas
Pay: $17–$25/hour based on experience and performance
Job Type: Part-time / Event-based / Weekend work

We are hiring reliable **festival grounds crew** for upcoming events in the Hamilton, Burlington, and Toronto areas.

This is a hands-on outdoor labour position. Work includes helping build out festival sites, tearing down events, cleaning garbage, moving equipment, helping vendors, and maintaining the festival grounds during operating hours.

This job is best for someone who is dependable, physically capable, comfortable working long hours, and able to stay calm and solve problems during busy event days.

**Responsibilities include:**

* Festival setup and teardown
* Moving tables, fencing, signage, supplies, equipment, and materials
* Helping with tents, booths, site layout, and general event setup
* Cleaning garbage and keeping the site clean
* Maintaining the festival grounds during operating hours
* Helping vendors when needed
* Assisting with power, equipment, or site issues
* Following instructions and helping wherever needed
* Working outdoors in different weather conditions

**Requirements:**

* Must be reliable and show up on time
* Must have reliable transportation
* Must be comfortable with physical labour
* Must be able to lift heavy items
* Must be able to stand, walk, bend, carry, and move for long periods
* Must be comfortable working long outdoor shifts
* Must be willing to work rain or shine
* Must be available weekends
* Must be able to follow instructions and work well with a team
* Experience with events, setup, construction, landscaping, moving, tools, or general labour is an asset
