WE’RE HIRING – Cabinet Designer / Production Specialist

Samore Closets is growing and we’re looking for a skilled cabinet professional to join our team.



This role is ideal for someone who understands both design and manufacturing and can take a project from concept to production.



Responsibilities:

✔ Read architectural and customer drawings

✔ Create detailed cabinet / closet shop drawings

✔ Generate accurate cut lists and material takeoffs

✔ Prepare production-ready packages

✔ Coordinate with manufacturing and installation teams

✔ Optimize layouts for efficiency and quality



Requirements:

• Experience in custom cabinetry, closets, millwork, or woodworking

• Strong understanding of cabinet construction methods

• Ability to create shop drawings independently

• Experience with cut lists and production workflows

• Knowledge of software such as Cabinet Vision, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Mozaik, Microvellum (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills



Bonus if you have:

⭐ Project estimating experience

⭐ Experience in custom closets or luxury millwork
