We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and motivated Sales Representative to join our team as a Door-to-Door Window Cleaning Sales Specialist! This role involves engaging directly with homeowners in their neighborhoods to offer our top-notch window cleaning services.

The ideal candidate is simply great at talking to people. If you have a nice, approachable personality, love being outdoors, and want a job that offers flexible hours, this is the perfect fit for you! You will have the freedom to work across several fantastic neighborhoods, including Newmarket, Mississauga, Milton, Georgetown, Oakville, and Brampton.

Duties
Conduct friendly, door-to-door visits to homeowners within your assigned service areas.

Clearly explain the benefits of our window cleaning services and how we can make their homes shine.

Provide on-the-spot quotes, negotiate terms, and close sales effectively.

Provide excellent, nice, and approachable customer service by answering questions and addressing any concerns.

Maintain simple records of the neighborhoods you've visited and customers you've spoken to.

Follow up with potential clients to maximize your sales opportunities.

Experience & Qualifications
Exceptional People Skills: You need to be naturally good at talking to people, friendly, and easy to get along with.

Sales or Customer Service Experience: Previous door-to-door, retail, or general customer service experience is a great bonus, but a positive attitude is the most important qualification!

Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own flexible schedule.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills to easily build rapport with homeowners.

Reliability: A strong work ethic and the drive to succeed and grow your earnings.
