Focused on garbage removal and renovation services in Burnaby, BC, Daniel Garbage Removal and Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled full-time Construction Demolition and Garbage Foreman. The ideal candidate should have a positive work attitude. Main Duties:
• Supervising demolition workers and labourers on site
• Planning and organizing daily demolition activities
• Assigning tasks and monitoring work progress
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and WorkSafeBC requirements
• Operating or overseeing the operation of demolition equipment and tools
• Coordinating debris removal, waste disposal, and recycling activities
• Inspecting structures before and during demolition
• Ensuring proper handling of hazardous materials when applicable
• Reading and following demolition plans, permits, and specifications
• Training new removal helpers
• Maintaining site cleanliness and security
• Ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget

Employment Requirements:
• At least two-year relevant work experience.
• Skilled in operating Heavy-duty Wall Cutter Machines, Concrete Saws and
Demolish and Breaker Hammers.
• Ability to lead and supervise helpers.
• Must be capable of repeatedly lifting heavy objects weighing over 80 lbs.
• Have Immediate First Aid Certificate
• Must be able to drive company vehicles to transport equipment and workers.

Employment Details:
• Regular working hours are 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week.
• Work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on project requirements.
• Wage: $36 per hour.
