Youth Support Worker

We are currently seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated individuals to join our team as Youth Support Workers. This role involves supporting youth with behavioural, emotional, mental health, and daily living needs within a structured and supportive environment.

Successful applicants will be responsible for building positive relationships with youth, providing mentorship and guidance, assisting with daily routines, supporting emotional regulation, preparing meals, helping with household cleaning and organization, and maintaining a safe and respectful living environment. Experience working with youth, trauma-informed care, behavioural support, mental health, or addiction support is considered a strong asset.

Requirements:
• Experience working with youth is an asset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented
• First Aid/CPR and related certifications are considered an asset
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are considered assets

Position Details:
• Wage: $17–$18 per hour
• Full-time, part-time, and casual positions available
• 6-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts available
• Day and evening shifts available
• Weekend availability may be required
