Work includes building repair and maintenance for privately-owned, multi-unit residential properties in the Montreal area.

The ideal candidate should enjoy service work, be willing, able, and available as needed for non-urgent building repair and maintenance tasks.

Should be both self-motivated and able to work well with management.

Having your own tools and transportation is required.

Salary is between 30$-50$ / hour, starting at 30$ and revised quarterly.
