Job Overview

We are seeking motivated individuals to prepare residential and commercial construction sites for masonry projects. This role involves working outdoors year round, at heights exceeding 10ft and working off ladders. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and familiarity with construction tools and techniques.

Duties

Prepare surfaces and work areas by cleaning, leveling, and setting up tools and materials.
Operate hand tools, power tools, perform demolition or site preparation tasks.
Install materials such as flashings, peel and stick membrane, building paper, wire lath, brick ties, rigid and semi ridged insulation, ect.
Support team members during renovation and new build projects by handling materials and assisting with equipment setup.
Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure work environment.
Maintain a clean worksite by organizing tools and disposing of debris appropriately.


Experience

Prior experience in construction, masonry, or related trades is preferred but not required. Entry level positions are available; training will be provided.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation is advantageous.
Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and basic building codes is a plus.
Valid tickets such as fall protection, scaffold builder, AWP operator, first aid, whimis will be considered an asset.
