Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable candidate who can become a Pressure Washer Technician with our help and join our team. This role involves performing high-quality cleaning and maintenance services for various facilities and equipment using pressure washing tools. The ideal candidate (not mandatory) will have experience with custodial tasks, facilities maintenance, and the use of power tools, ensuring that all cleaning projects meet safety and quality standards. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and customer service are essential.

This work is done in the evening between 6:00pm - 6:00am. With no opportunities to switch to day work.

Duties

Operate pressure washing equipment to clean commercial kitchen exhaust systems, machinery, and other surfaces efficiently and safely
Utilize hand tools and power tools for maintenance and cleaning tasks as needed
Perform facilities maintenance duties including minor repairs and custodial responsibilities
Manage time effectively to complete assigned projects within scheduled deadlines
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously
Assist with heavy lifting tasks related to equipment or materials during cleaning projects

Skills

Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and commercial cleaning equipment
Experience in facilities maintenance, custodial work, or related fields
Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively during cleaning operations
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude
Ability to operate heavy-duty pressure washers and related machinery with precision
