Hi We are Hiring AZ Owner Operators and Drivers in TEAMS and SOLO for runs out of Brampton and Mississauga. We have year around steady work . We have multiple lanes to offer to CA, TX,AZ,FL,WA,OR,GA,AL,LA,TN,KY,IL,IN,OH,MI,VA,WV,NC,SC. We have dedicated Customers and hiring Owner Operators and AZ drivers SOLO and Teams to serve them.

EARNINGS:
Owner Operators:

Percentage Based:
- 85/15 Split
- Company covers IFTA, ELD, Trailers.
- O/O covers Fuel, Insurance, Parking, Plates, Tolls.
- Fuel Discount will be provided.
- Will share rate confirmations. ( With Actual price of the load from Customer)
OR
- 90/10 Split
- O/O covers Fuel, Insurance, Parking, Plates, Tolls, IFTA, ELD, Trailers.
- Fuel Discount will be provided.
- Will share rate confirmations. ( With actual Rate from the Customer).


Mileage Based Earnings:
- $1.80/Mile
- Company covers: IFTA, Plates, Insurance, Trailers, ELD.
- O/O Covers: Fuel, Parking, Tolls.
- Fuel Discount will be provided.
- All detentions and Layovers will be paid.
- All extra Pickup and Deliveries will be paid.

AZ Drivers:
Solo - $0.60/Mile
Teams- $.066/Mile
- Paid Detention and layovers
- Paid Any Extra Pickup and Delivery.

Driver Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year of Verifiable Experience.
- AZ License.( Fast Card and TWIC card will be asset)
- Clean CVOR & Abstract.
- Clean Criminal Record.
- Must be Punctual, Respect all Pickup and Delivery appointments.
-Must have positive attitude.
- Must be Good in communication with customers , Dispatch, Border Officials and DOT or Scale officials.
-Must have good knowledge of all the Canada and US routes.

Owner Operator Requirements:
- Minimum 1 Year of Verifiable Experience.
- AZ License .( FAST Card and TWIC card will be asset. )
- Clean CVOR & Abstract.
- Clean Criminal Record.
- 2016 Model Year Equipment.
- Must be Punctual, Respect all Pickup and Delivery appointments.
