They are both fully furnished 1 is approx 9x12 and the large one is approx 20x12. there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a full 3 piece bathroom. Internet and cable included. You and another person will be the only ones using the kitchen and bathrooms that is in your private area. The smaller room is $700.00 the larger one is $775.00.
