We are a growing epoxy flooring contractor based in the Greater Toronto Area and are looking for energetic, reliable general labourers to join our team in epoxy and concrete floor preparation and installation work.

No experience is required, but enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are mandatory.


What You’ll Do

• Help with concrete floor prep: sweeping, scraping, laitance removal, patching, and basic repair work.

• Assist with grinding, dust‑containment cleanup, and moving tools and materials around job sites (garages,
basements, commercial spaces).

• Support installers with setting up containment, masking, and taping, as well as loading and unloading equipment from the van.

• Keep the job site clean and organized before, during, and after work.

• Follow safety procedures and use tools and PPE correctly (training will be provided on the job).
Who We’re Looking For

• Physically able to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 30–40 lbs regularly.

• Comfortable in dusty environments (garages, basements, industrial spaces).

• Willing to work early mornings, afternoons, and occasionally weekends depending on the schedule.

• Reliable, punctual, and drug‑free workplace (pre‑employment screening may apply).

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a strong plus.
