We are currently hiring a Full-time Office Assistant for our office located at:

Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day office administrative tasks
Answer phone calls and assist walk-in clients
Manage emails, files, and office documents
Schedule appointments and maintain records
Support recruitment/employment agency operations
Data entry and reporting using Microsoft Office
Coordinate with staff and clients professionally

Previous experience in:
Employment agency operations, or
Office administration/customer service
Strong hands-on knowledge of:
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Office tools
Good communication and organizational skills
Professional attitude and multitasking ability
Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Wages will be discussed based on qualifications, experience and skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Prior administrative or receptionist experience
Comfortable handling office documentation and client communication
Basic computer troubleshooting and office coordination skills are an asset
