The MAC 380S stands out compared with regular inflatable boats because of its high-speed trimaran hull design. It features dual speed tubes and a central keel, which help reduce water resistance while improving acceleration, speed, stability, and fuel efficiency. With this unique hull design, the MAC 380S can be up to 30% faster than many regular inflatable boats.
The boat is built with premium German HEYtex PVC fabric, known for being durable, lightweight, UV-resistant, and suitable for long-term outdoor use. It also features fully welded air chambers instead of cheaper glued seams, making the boat stronger and more reliable over time because welded seams are less likely to separate as the boat ages. In addition, the reinforced aluminum transom will not rot like wood and provides stronger, more dependable engine support.
This is not just a basic slow dinghy. It feels more sporty, more stable, and easier to control on the water. The spacious layout also gives plenty of room for family or friends, and an additional bench seat can be added in the middle if extra seating is needed.
