Cleaning Squad Solutions is a newly established cleaning company currently building its client base. We are looking for an experienced cleaner to join our team on a flexible, on-call basis.
This is not a partnership role. This is a paid position based on scheduled work only.
Position Overview
The successful candidate will provide high-quality residential and light commercial cleaning services, including standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and move-in/move-out cleaning.
This role is best suited for someone with professional cleaning experience who is reliable, detail-oriented, and available for flexible scheduling as jobs are booked.
Work Arrangement
• This is an on-call, as-needed position
• Work hours are not guaranteed
• Shifts will be offered based on client bookings and availability
• You will only be paid for hours worked on assigned jobs
Responsibilities
• Perform residential cleaning (standard and deep cleaning)
• Complete move-in / move-out cleaning
• Clean small office/commercial spaces
• Follow cleaning checklists and company standards
• Maintain consistent quality and attention to detail
• Work alongside the owner during initial training on jobs
Requirements
• Previous professional cleaning experience required
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work independently
• Professional attitude and good communication
• Own transportation preferred
• Flexible availability is an asset
Compensation
• $25/hour starting wage (based on experience)
• Paid only for scheduled and completed work
• Opportunities for more consistent hours as the business grows
