Job duties:
• Filling pots with soil, taking plant clippings, making cuttings.
• Sticking cuttings into pots, sticking tissue culture into pots.
• Planting cuttings, seedlings or plugs into 10.5 cm up to 24 cm pots.
• Clipping the Plant cuttings to the ISO machine.
• Moving the pots about the Greenhouse by placing into trays, loading the trays onto carts and transporting to another area for unloading.
• Harvesting product either for orders or because product has reached harvest stage and will be placed in cooler.
• Processing harvested product for packaging.
• Packaging the processed product in boxes.
• Cleaning the greenhouse, processing and shipping areas, picking up garbage, sweeping etc.
• Understand plants stages to know when to space, process or harvest product, as well as, understanding what the difference between poor quality and good quality product.
• Must be able to understand the different varieties of plants to ensure no mixing.
• Must be physically able to lift 50 pounds.
• Must be energetic to meet the demands of the job with fast paced environment, repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
• Must be able to work in hot houses each day, or in fields bending over working on crops.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements:
• Languages: English
• Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required
• Experience required: 1 to less than 7 months
• Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation

Working Hours:
• Monday to Friday: 7 am – 4:30 pm. Busier seasons: 7 am – 7 pm.
• Every other Saturday / Holiday: 7 am – 12 pm. Busier seasons: 7 am – 4:30pm.
• 30-54 hours per week.
• Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend, Overtime required.
