Vaccinations up to date. Socialized with cats and other dogs (big and small). Potty trained so you won't need to go through that hassle.

I am posting for the current owner of Tucker as he is one of our pups, but is still currently with his owner in Thunder Bay. Transportation is possible. The owners are a retired couple who already have 2 other Boxers so this third pup ended up being a bit overwhelming for them.
