Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter/Sales and Marketing professional located in Brampton, ON. In this position, you will manage the full hiring lifecycle, sourcing and recruiting candidates for various roles while ensuring a smooth process for both clients and candidates. You will also contribute to building and maintaining relationships with clients, developing recruitment strategies, and meeting sales and placement goals. Collaboration with internal teams and effective communication with stakeholders will be essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications
Experience in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
Strong Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
Demonstrated ability to meet placement goals and manage multiple priorities
