Part-time Available We are seeking a few energetic, professional, part time experienced receptionists to join our amazing team!!!
We are a fast-paced private Eyeglass Store in Downtown Winnipeg, and we are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, works efficiently, strives for high quality patient care, and enjoys working in a medical office team environment. Front Desk duties include but are not limited to: · Greeting Patients, Answering Phones, Scheduling appointments · Preparing patients charts, processing insurance claims, calling insurance companies · Handling all patients needs with exceptional customer service · Being able to multi-task and control patient flow while being a team player · Additional administrative duty etc.
We are open Monday-Saturday and Closed Sundays.
