Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Auto Detailing Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are cleaned and presented to the highest standards. You will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing meticulous detailing services that leave vehicles looking pristine. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for automotive care.

Duties

Managing and supervising the staff
Hire and train new employees
Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, body work, and parts replacement. Perform thorough cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.
Vacuum and shampoo carpets, seats, and upholstery to ensure a spotless finish.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces to achieve clarity and shine.
Apply protective coatings to paintwork and other surfaces as needed.
Inspect vehicles for any damages or issues that may require attention before delivery to customers.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing area and equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered.
Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are met consistently.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of various cleaning products and techniques suitable for different vehicle types.
Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting throughout the workday.
