This is a Cuisinart Deluxe Grind Conical Burr Mill, model CBM-20. This professional-style grinder uses stainless steel conical burrs to produce a uniform grind while minimizing heat to protect the coffee's natural flavor.

Basically it's a very nice coffee grinder. It has 18 different settings from very fine for espresso, medium range for classic brewers, and more course (up to 18) for French press (no more finding loose grinds in your mug)

The air tight hopper can hold up to one pound of beans.

LED display shows how many cups you want to grind for, the courseness level, and a countdown once started.
