Fencelines we’re push 100’ clear of bush and sprayed and mowed to keep brush from growing back. Main alleyway that runs through the middle of the first two quarters was pushed 130’ and graveled for nice easy access to all the individual pastures and the back 220ac to the south.

Pasture was set up for rotational grazing with 40ac paddocks and the main yard had 20ac paddocks for feeding and handling.

Electric fence around entire property and divider fences. The far south 220ac was left as free open grazing. Will come with 2 electric fencer controls and a tester.

Trenched fresh water to every 40ac paddock and the south 220ac also.

Gravel pit on site. This was used for the yard and the alleyway.

First two quarteres were trenched to get rid of access standing water and we built a roadway across the swamp to access the far corner of the south pasture with trails leading you though the bush.

All this was set up for our bison herd but we recently exited the industry. Look for other ads about the rest of the livestock equipment.
