Care & Shine Inc. is currently looking for reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team. We are hiring both cleaners and subcontractors.

We specialize in premium residential, Airbnb, and post-construction cleaning services throughout Calgary and surrounding areas. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work and have strong attention to detail.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is hardworking, organized, trustworthy, and able to work efficiently while maintaining high cleaning standards. Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right person with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Requirements:
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Professional and respectful with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical work and extended cleaning tasks
• Able to lift and carry cleaning tools, equipment, and products when needed
• Able to meet at a designated meeting point before heading to job locations together
