Responsibilities
• Assist in the preparation of food items according to established recipes and standards.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage spaces.
• Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures to ensure the health and safety of customers.
• Handle food items with care, ensuring proper storage and labeling practices are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak service times.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and restocking supplies as needed.
Requirements
• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A passion for the food industry and a willingness to learn new skills related to food handling and preparation.
