Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Injection Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring injection molding machines to ensure efficient production of high-quality plastic products in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor injection molding machines in accordance with production requirements
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and producing products that meet quality standards
• Perform routine checks on molds, materials, and finished products
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report any major malfunctions to maintenance or supervisors
• Load raw materials and ensure proper material flow during production
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality specifications
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe at all times

Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (injection molding experience preferred)
• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends if required

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with injection molding machines and plastic manufacturing
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with production reporting systems

Work Environment:
• Manufacturing/industrial setting
• Exposure to noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures
• Requires standing for long periods and handling materials
