Hello we at cpm are looking to expand our in house crew we are looking for

Foreman (Crew Leader)Main Task: Lead a crew of 4–8, manage job site safety (OSHA compliance), and ensure quality from tear-off to final inspection.Requirements: 2 years of lead experience, valid driver’s license, and ability to read blueprints or work orders.

Shingler (Experienced)Main Task: Fast and accurate installation of asphalt, wood, or composite shingles on sloped roofs.Requirements: Proficiency with nail guns and hand tools, ability to work on steep pitches, and comfort at multi-story heights.

General Labourer (Entry or Junior)Main Task: Support the crew by handling material (loading/unloading), cleaning up debris, and assisting with tear-offs.Requirements: Physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, punctuality, and a willingness to learn the trade
