The Leasing Host will greet prospective tenants, conduct tours of available units, and support the leasing team by entering prospect information into our digital portals. As the first point of contact for prospective tenants you will play a crucial role creating a positive, welcoming experience for all visitors. This role is ideal for a student or mature adult who is personable, confident, and enjoys interacting with people.

This position requires strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to build rapport quickly — including knowing when a small incentive (such as an additional $50 off) may help secure a lease.

Key Responsibilities
Greet prospective tenants and provide a warm, professional first impression.

Conduct guided tours of available residential units and highlight key features, amenities, and community benefits.

Answer basic questions about pricing, availability, lease terms, and property policies.

Build rapport with prospects and assess interest level; use discretion to offer approved incentives (e.g., an additional $50 off) when appropriate to help close a lease.

Enter all prospect information, tour notes, and follow‑up details into company leasing portals accurately and promptly.

Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming leasing environment.

Support the leasing team with administrative tasks as needed.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

Qualifications
Over 18 years of age and legally able to work in Canada.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with a wide range of people.

Friendly, approachable, and able to build rapport quickly.

Good judgment and awareness of when incentives may help secure a lease.

Basic computer skills; ability to learn new software and enter information accurately.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Previous customer service or hospitality experience is an asset but not required.

Work Schedule
Flexible summer hours; evenings (until 8pm) and weekends (until 8pm) will be required. Fulltime hours (40hrs) are available or we are opening to splitting the position into 2 positions at 20hrs each, and rotating weekends.
