Issues:
- the floor has soft spots that need to be repaired.
- the hot water tank needs replacement
- there are two slide outs one requires a motor or wiring fixed not sure what the issue is
- no papers. This was my parents they bought it from the orginal owner in NFLD and when my dad brought it over they placed it on their property and never registered it in NS. They have it somewhere but just can’t find them.

The pictures were taken when I closed it for them last year. It mostly will require a cleaning.
