Wanted/Seeking compassionate Caregiver/PSW/Personal Assistant/Personal Support Worker in Scarborough area for physically disabled person

Caregiver Application Form:

- Weekdays, Weekends
- 1-2 Hour shifts everyday (morning start around 930 AM and/or evening start around 530 PM)
- Rate $20 to $25/hr based on experience (NO CASH, Paid by Cheque)
- Near Kennedy subway station EGLINTON/KENNEDY intersection

Work involved:
- Food preparation, home cleaning
- Dish washing, grocery, laundry, snow cleaning
- Help with daily exercise and any other tasks for elderly/disabled person with daily activities.

Requirements:
- Must have valid Social Insurance Number SIN.
