Role Overview
This role is responsible for executing daily routes accurately, professionally, and independently,
while supporting warehouse operations when required. The expectation is not just effort, but
consistent, clean execution without supervision.

Route Execution (Primary Responsibility)
- Complete all assigned pickups and deliveries on time and in full
- Follow route plan and communicate any changes immediately
- Confirm timing on all urgent or rush jobs before leaving location
- Handle last-minute orders and route adjustments as part of daily operations
- Ensure no stops are missed or incomplete

Delivery Accuracy & Quality Control
Before leaving ANY stop, the driver must confirm:
- All items dropped off
- All items picked up
- All items properly labeled
No assumptions are acceptable.

Customer Interaction
- Maintain professional and respectful communication
- Confirm presence when arriving at a location
- Ensure customer is aware of pickup/drop-off
- No disagreements or corrections in front of customers

Communication Standards
- Morning check-in before route begins
- Midday update if needed
- End-of-day summary
- Immediate reporting of delays or issues
- Proper use and return of company phones

Independence & Ownership
- Execute tasks without constant supervision
- Do not rely on daily step-by-step instructions
- Anticipate problems and resolve proactively
- Take responsibility for mistakes and correct them quickly
- Adapt to changes in schedule, priorities, and workload throughout the day

Warehouse Responsibilities
- Assist with packing, sorting, and organizing linens
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Support team operations when required
These responsibilities are part of the role and not optional

- Minimal supervision required
- No repeated mistakes
- Consistent day-to-day execution
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- No need for constant follow-up or tracking
- Customer confidence and satisfaction
- Accurate, complete deliveries
- Full ownership of responsibilities

Hours:
Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:30pm (overtime available and must be able to work overtime).

Pay:
25.00/h
