Construction Site Coordinator

POSITION OVERVIEW
Hanson Group is hiring a Construction Site Coordinator to run day-to-day operations on a large multi-residential job site.

This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to keep a site moving — keeping it clean, organized, and ready for trades every day. If you’re the type who shows up early, stays ahead of problems, and takes pride in a tight job site, we want to talk.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plan and organize the day so crews can stay productive
• Lead labour and cleanup crews — keep the site and units clean and ready for trades
• Operate a telehandler daily to move materials, tools, and debris around the site
• Receive deliveries, check materials, and get them where they need to go
• Stay on top of site organization — inside and outside
• Make sure tools, equipment, trailers, and sea-cans are locked and secure
• Spot problems early and deal with them before they slow the job down
• Handle site conditions — snow removal on the construction site
• Work with Project Managers to keep the job on schedule
• Always know what’s happening today, tomorrow, and next week

QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum 5 years operating a telehandler (required)
• Valid telehandler certification (required)
• Strong work ethic — you don’t wait to be told what to do
• Experience working on active construction sites
• Ability to lead crews and keep things moving
• Organized, dependable, and takes ownership of the site
• Good communication with trades and management
