The binding machine is equipped with a multiple-teeth tungsten steel alloy sun cutter and two small milling cutters, the burrs on the spine can be effectively removed by the cutters, the convenience is provided for the later gluing operation, and the binding effect and quality can be effectively guaranteed. The integral cast aluminum glue tank is designed, uniform heating can be achieved, and the glue tank is safe, environmentally friendly and durable. Operation Method
1. Open the outer package, remove the four packing bolts in the box, place the machine on a solid and level ground, and check whether all accessories are available.
2. Connect the power plug of the machine to the power supply correctly, and turn on the power switch of the machine.
3. After turning on the power switch of the machine, the machine will automatically enter the preheating state. When the set temperature value is achieved, the machine can enter the working state. Preset parameters can be modified on the touch screen in the preheating process as required.

(2) Select the automatic mode, bind the first book manually, and then conduct automatic binding. Place the cover on the clamping platform correctly, and place the inside pages neatly into the inside page clamping platform. The clamping trolley can automatically clamp the inside pages and moves to the right side, and glue binding begins. Finish a series of binding motions in the moving process of the clamping trolley, and take out the finished product.
(3) Select the fast mode, place the cover on the clamping platform correctly, and place the inside pages neatly into the inside page clamping platform.
