POSITION 1 : JOURNEYMAN ELECTRICIAN
Compensation:
$38.00 – $54.00 per hour, based on experience

Lethbridge, AB : in person, out-of-town work may be required

Role Overview:
We are looking to add the right candidates to our team, and are seeking an experienced Journeyperson Electrician. You will work across commercial, industrial, and solar projects throughout southern Alberta. This role requires someone who can work independently, manage their work to code, and deliver consistent, quality results.

Responsibilities:
-Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings
-Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
-Perform service swaps and work with switchgear systems
-Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement code-compliant solutions
-Renovate existing electrical systems to meet current Alberta standards
-Collaborate with other tradespeople and project leads as required
-Maintain compliance with all applicable safety regulations and codes
-Work out of town as required : must be self-sufficient in the field

Required Qualifications:
-Valid Alberta Journeyperson Certificate : Electrician (or Red Seal equivalent)
-Minimum 3 years post-certification field experience
-Strong working knowledge of the Canadian Electrical Code
-Experience with service swaps and switchgear systems
-Proficient with power tools and hand tools used in electrical work
-Valid Class 5 driver’s licence
-Ability to work independently and as part of a crew

Preferred Qualifications:
-Experience in industrial electrical work
-Solar installation or renewable energy project experience
-Familiarity with low voltage systems

POSITION 2 : GENERAL LABOURER | POSITION 3 : APPRENTICE ELECTRICIAN
Compensation:
General Labourer | Apprentice Electrician: $20.00 – $25.90 per hour (experience based)

Full-time, Seasonal : with potential for ongoing work
Location:
Lethbridge, AB : out-of-town work may be required

About These Roles:
We are building our field crew for the upcoming solar season and looking for motivated individuals who are ready to work hard outdoors. General Labourers and Apprentice Electricians will work directly alongside our journeypersons on solar installation and electrical projects across southern Alberta.

Responsibilities:
-Support journeypersons and site leads on electrical and solar installation projects
-Material handling, site prep, and equipment staging
-Lift and carry materials, including above shoulder height
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work site
-Apprentices: Assist with wiring, conduit, and panel work under JM supervision
-Work out of town as required

Requirements : All Applicants
-Physically capable of sustained outdoor labour in variable Alberta weather conditions
-Comfortable with 8–10 hour shifts, early starts, and changing site conditions
-Reliable and consistent attendance is essential : field crews depend on every member showing up
-Must reside in or near Lethbridge, AB
-Valid driver’s license required
-English language proficiency required

Additional Requirements : Apprentice Electricians
Registered with ATTTA (Alberta apprenticeship program)
Solar installation experience is a strong asset
