2 1/2' by 12' Dominion & Grimm, woodfired, drop flue evaporator. Included is the hood, two steam stacks, chimney, roof jacks, hood lifting mechanism, a 900 gallon (approx.) stainless tank, a 600 gallon (approx.) stainless tank, and all the pipeline you care to remove.

The original owners purchased everything new in 2000. We are the second owners and have run everything for 11 seasons now.

At our peak we handled 900 taps producing 648 litres of syrup and creating as much as 112 litres in a single day all without an RO (we don't have hydro at our sugar shack). With an RO you can double those stats.

Using well cured, two-foot-long split softwood we have evaporated as much as 75 gallons of sap an hour though 60-65 gallons an hour is more the norm.

I can assist with dismantling and loading of everything but removal from the property will be the purchaser's responsibility.

We are aging out on commercial syrup production but still enjoy sugaring off. Possible 1 1/2' by 5' evaporator (must have flues in sap pan) considered as part trade.
