Precaution

1. Operate the machine in a standing position. Sitting operation is strictly prohibited to avoid delayed reaction which may cause accidents.

2. Do not wear jewelry during operation to avoid accidents.



3. Irrelevant personnel are strictly prohibited from operating the machine.



4. Before operation, ensure the chuck jaws are tightly locked and cannot loosen.



5. During operation, do not touch the running parts, and do not put hands or tools into the machine.



6. Please select the appropriate speed according to the working procedure. Ultrahigh-speed operation is strictly prohibited.



7. Use the appropriate hard rubber sleeve when clamping the cue. Do not directly clamp the cue with the chucks.



8. Do not directly flush the machine with water after use.



Product Features:

Double Brackets

The double brackets are designed for stably supporting the long cue during processing, effectively protecting the cue body from wear and damage and ensuring the processing concentricity. The brackets are easy to move and fix and can well adapt to various cues of different specification.

　

Straightening Jig

The straightening jig is additionally installed to achieve progressive and controllable pressure application, thereby effectively straightening the pool cue in a lossless mode and perfectly protecting the cue from breakage. The jig is easy to disassemble and maintain.

　

Servo Motor

The brushless servo motor adopts the closed-loop control mode, can be started stably and has lower noise and longer service life. The control system can display the rotating speed in real time, and the speed knob can be turned to adjust the rotating speed as needed.

　

Double Chucks

The double 3-jaw self-centering chucks can rigidly support and clamp the pool cue, have high positioning precision, effectively eliminate the processing vibration and improve the processing quality. The chucks are high in strength and resistant to wear and impact.



Tailstock

The tailstock has high bearing capacity, achieves uniform stress during turning, is free of shake and deformation and ensures the stability of the operating process. It can well adapt to various cues and has good universality.



Guide Rails

The double linear guide rails allow the moving parts to slide freely and fix stably, have high deformation resistance and wear resistance, improve the processing precision and stability and ensure smooth operation.



Tool Rest

The tool rest has high precision and rigidity, can bear the impact of turning and polishing and is low in maintenance cost. The double handwheels are used to independently controlling the feeding directions to achieve precise turning.



Supporting Legs

The adjustable supporting legs are designed for slightly levelling the machine and stably supporting the machine, thereby ensuring the processing concentricity. The rubber layer can greatly absorb the vibration and protect the precision parts.



Operation Method

1. Check the machine and ensure that all parts are intact.

2. Connect the machine to the 110V power supply with reliable grounding.



3. Loosen the two chucks, guide the pool cue to pass through the two tail brackets and the chucks, adjust the parts and stably support and fix the cue.



4. Turn on the power switch, adjust the speed appropriately, and the cue starts rotating.



5. Rotate the handwheels to move the tool rest, and conduct turning operation on the cue.



6. After operation, move the tool rest to leave the cue, turn off the power switch and disconnect the power supply.



Loosen the chucks and tailstock, take down the cue, and clean the machine thoroughly.
