You must frame to a high standard, care about your work and take pride in your jobsite.
You must speak English and have a gst# and wcb
You must adhere to all Saftey protocols of the jobsite.
This means HARD HAT, hi-vis, PPE, and mandatory tie off when at heights and working from a basket NO EXCEPTIONS
