Whether you have decades of experience or are just starting out, we value a strong work ethic and a commitment to quality above all else.

Pay & Benefits
Competitive Wages: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour (Based on experience).

full-time hours.

Growth: On-the-job training for beginners and leadership opportunities for pros.

What We’re Looking For
For the Experienced Pro ($25 - $33/hr):

Proficiency in interior/exterior painting, staining, and surface prep.
Ability to handle specialized equipment (sprayers, pressure washers, scaffolding).
Capability to lead a small crew or work independently with minimal supervision.
Expert knowledge of paint types, finishes, and application techniques.

For the Beginner ($18 - $26/hr):
No professional experience required—we will train the right person!
A strong desire to learn the trade and a "can-do" attitude.
Reliable transportation and punctuality.
Ability to follow instructions and maintain a clean workspace.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by sanding, masking, and patching holes.
Apply paint, stain, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
Maintain a professional demeanor while working in clients' homes or job sites.
Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly at the end of the day.

Requirements
Must be physically fit and able to stand, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent attention to detail (we take pride in clean lines!).
Reliability is a must—we show up when we say we will.

A valid driver’s license is preferred.

We are looking to have people start as soon as possible.
