Now Hiring: Team Leader / Supervisor (Label Manufacturing)
We are a growing label manufacturing company specializing in food packaging, and we are looking for a strong Team Leader / Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
Must have a valid SIN (no cash jobs)
Full-time availability (no students or temporary work permits)
Previous manufacturing experience in Canada is required
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proven ability to manage staff and workload efficiently
Able to work in a fast-paced production environment
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production and packaging operations
Manage and support staff to meet production targets
Ensure quality control standards are maintained
Coordinate workflow and prioritize jobs
Report production output and issues to management
