This home is a very short drive from all amenities, yet provides the tranquility of a beautiful, rural community (just outside Waterloo). Home is shared with homeowner and low shedding dog (upstairs).

The suite has an open concept layout with kitchen, dining area, living room, and bathroom. There is a private entrance to the suite from outside. Access to full basement suite. Homeowner does not use this space but will need periodic access to utility room.

Looking for a small family hoping to escape the hectic pace of city living, a pair of mature adults with a quiet lifestyle, or an extremely dedicated pair of post secondary students who are very serious about their studies. This suite is likely not suitable for hybrid/work from home or shift work as my dog can be extremely noisy at times. No additional pets are permitted (also because of my dog).

This home is very family focused and I wish to share it with people with similar values and lifestyle. You must be very clean and quiet, respectful, easy to get along with and focused on your career or your studies.
