URGENT HIRING – LIVE-IN PSW (Woodbridge)

We are currently hiring a Live-In Personal Support Worker (PSW) for a private home in Woodbridge, ON (Monday to Friday).

Pay

$220/day (approx. $1100/week)

Woodbridge, ON

Schedule

Monday 9:00 AM – Friday (up to 5:00 PM)

Accommodation

Private room private washroom provided

‍⚕️ Client Details

• Elderly male (seizures, swallowing risk, bed/chair-bound)
• Female client requires basic support
• Italian-speaking household (limited English)

⚠️ Requirements (Must Have)

✔ PSW Certificate
✔ CPR certification (hands-on choking response – very important)
✔ Experience in seizure and elderly care
✔ Feeding/swallowing support experience
✔ Comfortable with medication assistance and lifting
✔ Physically strong and confident in emergencies
✔ Italian or Spanish language understanding (mandatory)

⭐ Note

Due to care requirements, a female caregiver is preferred for this role.

Duties

• Personal care and companionship
• Meal preparation (special diet)
• Light housekeeping and grocery support
• Appointment assistance
• Monitoring seizures and choking risk
