Available June 1, 2026, a parking spot for a car or SUV, accessible from the north back alley of Osler Street between Munroe and Wiggins avenues. It is 2-minutes-walk to the bus stop on College drive and 5 minutes walk to the Health Sciences Building, Univ. of Saskatchewan. It is ideal for university students or professionals working at the university or the hospital. The rental fee is $100 per month. Upon agreement to rent, the renter is required to pay the rental fee for the first month and the rental fee for the last month ($200 in total). At the beginning of your last month of parking, you notify that the month will be your last and that entitles you to park until the end of that month without additional payments. If you agree to start renting in the middle of the month, the rental fee for that month will be a fraction of $100 equal to the remaining days of the month divided by the number of days of the month. This is a park at your own risk arrangement. The owner of the spot is not responsible for any damage or loss to your car or belongings caused by vandalism or by an act of nature or humans. The renter should be willing to provide the licence number of the vehicle that will be parking in the spot, and their name (to be verified by showing a driver’s licence, a student ID or a government-issued ID with a photo).
