We are hiring a skilled MIG Welder/Fitter for a full-time, permanent role in a fast-paced fabrication shop.

Job Description:
• Perform high-quality MIG (GMAW) welding on aluminum and steel
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols
• Fit, align, and tack weld parts into assemblies
• Cut, grind, and prepare materials for clean, strong welds
• Inspect finished welds for defects and ensure quality standards
• Set up and maintain welding machines and fabrication tools
• Follow all health & safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of MIG welding/fitting experience
• Experience working with aluminum and steel
• Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills
• Comfortable with physically demanding work
• Must be willing to complete a weld test

Pay: $25–$30/hr (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
