Position Requirements:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Experience driving a truck and dump trailer
Ability to perform:
Lawn care
Junk removal
Hedge trimming
Brush cutting
Gutter cleaning
Light demolition
Property maintenance
Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions — not afraid to get dirty
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs or more
Steel-toe boots required
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
