We are an exterior restoration company specializing in building envelope work across the GTA. Our projects focus around windows, including caulking, maintenance, and security film installation.

We are looking for an experienced technician who can work independently with minimal supervision.

Scope of Work:

* Exterior caulking (windows, doors, joints)
* Sealant removal and clean installation
* Window prep and cleaning
* Security film installation
* Light window installation and maintenance

Requirements (IMPORTANT):

* Proven experience in caulking or window-related work
* Must be able to work independently and complete jobs without supervision
* Own vehicle (required)
* Comfortable working at heights
* Strong attention to detail (clean, professional finish expected)
* boom/ scissor experience is an asset

$18–$25/hour depending on experience (higher for the right candidate)
