Experience working with indoor and outdoor pool systems, including school and commercial facilities
Draining and refilling pool filtration systems
Changing and maintaining filters, rubber seals, and system components
General pool maintenance, cleaning, and vacuum systems
Knowledge of safe handling around pool chemicals and equipment
Landscaping & Exterior Work
Building and repairing brick walkways and outdoor surfaces
Yard cleanups, debris removal, and general property maintenance
Lawn care, trimming, and site preparation
Pressure washing driveways, walkways, siding, and exterior surfaces
Cleaning & Property Maintenance
Interior and exterior window cleaning, including high-reach areas
Caulking windows and doors, including high-rise work
Residential and commercial cleaning services
Garbage removal, junk hauling, and full property cleanouts
Preparing properties for sale, rent, or renovation
